The rate per apartment (not per person)
is £50 or 60€ per night. Minimum stay =
7 nights

There are no extra charges e.g. for electricity meter, water, safe
or use of TV/DVD player

There is a flat rate charge for each apartment which is
applied throughout the year
regardless of the number of occupants

There are no seasonal cost increases

You can arrange OPTIONAL mid stay linen change and cleaning
at the time of booking. There is an additional cost of 40€ per time
for this service, payable locally to the cleaner/supervisor at or
before the time the service is provided.

Deposit

A deposit of £100 per apartment is payable on booking
with the balance due 6 weeks before arrival, or earlier.  
If the booking is within 6 weeks of arrival, then the full
rental due is payable at the time of bookings.

The apartments are let on a self catering basis.

The complex operates like a hotel, with a central reception and
key drop with restaurants open for breakfast and evening meals.
___
