| 915-917 Palm Garden Apartments Jandia Playa, Fuerteventura, Canary Islands, Spain There are three adjacent front line apartments available. All are self catering and available for letting throughout the year. They can be let in multiples (if available at the time of booking) Additional night is charged at 1/7th of the weekly rent but must be booked in advance. Coastal setting, 2 mins level walk to the beach standing some 250 metres from the water's edge The apartment comprises: Living area with sofa bed which sleeps two (small people), bedroom with two single beds, bathroom, kitchenette and a balcony. The kitchenette is well equipped with microwave, hob, crockery, cutlery and fridge. Each apartment sleeps 1/4 persons. TV & DVD player in apartment. ~ There are no hidden charges The apartments are let on a self-catering basis. The complex however operates like a hotel, with a central reception and key drop, a (half board) restaurant and communal bathing and sunning area on the second floor. There is also a games area. Provisions are easily obtainable from a small supermarket a couple of doors down from the entrance to Palm Garden. The Canary Islands are a 'duty free' zone. There are shops, supermarkets and bars in the immediate vicinity. Restaurants serving breakfast at a reasonable price. Car hire available nearby Wheelchair friendly Your apartment will be ready for your arrival with beds made up. There is NO maid service available during your stay Please bring your own beach towels Internet access in Foyer Changeover day is flexible but Wednesday is preferred Apartment available from 2.00 pm Vacate by 10 am please Strictly No Smoking indoors Breakages and Damage All tenants are expected to treat the apartment and its contents with care and respect whilst in residence. Any accidental damage should be reported to the owner on the understanding that the tenant will reimburse the full cost of repairing or replacing any item so damaged. The owner/s do not accept any liability for loss or damage sustained or caused by anything in the apartment or other connected mishap howsoever occasioned. | Beschreibung 915-917 sind Palme Garten-Wohnungen ließen einzeln oder in den Mehrfachverbindungsstellen vorhanden, wie gebraucht. Die Miete ist "pro Wohnung", nicht "pro Person". Sie besetzen vorderes die Zeilenposition, die Jandia Strand, ungefähr 250 Meter vom Rand des Wassers, am westlichen Ende einer sandigen Küstenlinie übersieht, die nördlich ostwärts zum Costa Calma ausdehnt, über einem Abstand von ungefähr 20 Meilen! Unspoilt! Diese Studios sind alle ähnlich und, nebeneinander selbständig. Das Badezimmer enthält die üblichen facilites, die Badewannen miteinschließen. Es gibt 2 einzelne Betten in den Wohnungen, mit Raum für zwei mehr (kleiner!) Leute auf einem Sofabett. Die zwei Betten der Studios sind an der Rückseite der Wohnung; der lebende Bereich ist zur Frontseite und macht den Balkon zugänglich. Es gibt einen gut ausgerüsteten Kleinküche- und Speisenbereich zwischen diesen zwei Teilen. Es ist möglich, vier Leute in den Wohnungen, mittels das Sofabett im lebenden Bereich wenn erforderlich zu passen. Die Miete ist das gleiche alles Jahr rund. Das Klima ist "Wüste" und ermöglicht einen Sonnenscheinfeiertag jederzeit des Jahres, mit geringfügiger Gefahr eines wenigen Regens im Dezember-Februar meistens |
