| 916-917 Palm Garden Apartments Jandia Playa, Fuerteventura, Canary Islands, Spain NEWLY REFURBISHED TO A HIGH STANDARD IN 2011 There are two adjacent top floor front line apartments available. All are self catering and available for letting throughout the year. Coastal setting, 2 minutes' level walk to the beach standing some 250 metres from the water's edge The apartment comprises: Living area with ample seating, ceiling fan, TV/DVD player, small library of books and disks and sofa bed which sleeps two (small people) leading out ....to a south facing private balcony equipped with table, chairs and parasol. The kitchenette is well appointed with microwave, toaster, ceramic hob, fridge and cutlery etc for 4 people.. The separated sleeping area behind comprises two single beds, which can be put together, wardrobe with safe inside and vanity unit. The bathroom, on the side as you enter the apartments, includes a shower, hand basin and front loading automatic washing machine. Amenities include:- T.V/video player, iron, ironing board, kettle, ceramic hob, safe, towels, bed linen, final clean, microwave oven, toaster, hair dryer, washing machine, safe, ceiling fan, in fact everything including the kitchen sink! TV/DVD player in apartment. ~ There are no hidden charges The apartments are let on a self-catering basis. The complex however operates like a hotel, with a central reception and key drop, a (half board) restaurant and communal bathing and sunning area on the third floor. There is also a games area an occasional karaoke bar on the first floor. Provisions are easily obtainable from a small supermarket a couple of doors down from the entrance to Palm Garden. The Canary Islands are a 'duty free' zone. There are shops, supermarkets and bars in the immediate vicinity. Restaurants serving breakfast at a reasonable price. Car hire available nearby Wheelchair friendly Your apartment will be clean and ready for your arrival with beds made up. You can arrange OPTIONAL mid stay linen (and towel) changes and cleaning at the time of booking. There is an additional cost of 40€ per time for this service, payable locally to the cleaner/supervisor at or before the time the service is provided. Please bring your own beach towels Those provided are for domestic use only. Internet access in Foyer Changeover day is completely flexible Apartment available from 2.00 pm Vacate by 10 am please Strictly No Smoking indoors please Breakages and Damage All tenants are expected to treat the apartment and its contents with care and respect whilst in residence. Any accidental damage should be reported to the agent on the understanding that the tenant will reimburse the full cost of repairing or replacing any item so damaged. The owner/s do not accept any liability for loss or damage sustained or caused by anything in the apartment or other connected mishap howsoever occasioned.
