    These three front line apartments are all self contained and are
    available for letting throughout the year on a "first come, first served"
    basis, sleeping 2/4 persons per apartment. They can be booked either
    individually or otherwise, depending on your holiday needs.

    There are no coin-op meters in the apartments.

    Arrivals/departures:
    • Changeover day: Completely flexible but Wednesdays preferred
    • Available from 2:00 PM

    You can rent the apartments for the odd additional night/s as
    required, for one seventh of the weekly rent per apartment per
    additional night, BOOKABLE IN ADVANCE ONLY. The minimum
    rental period is 7 nights.

    Restrictions:
    No smoking indoors - terrace only please.

    Breakages and Damage:
    All tenants are expected to treat the apartments and their
    contents with the same care and respect that they would pay to
    their own property whilst in residence. Any accidental damage
    should be reported to the owner on the understanding that the
    tenant will reimburse the owner/s for the full cost of repairing or
    replacing items lost or damaged.

    Each apartment is similar, comprising a studio apartment and bathroom,
    plus a good sized balcony overlooking the beach. The sleeping area
    consists of two single beds There is a well equipped kitchenette with
    hob, microwave, fridge, crockery and cutlery. TOWELS ARE NOT
    SUPPLIED. The Picture Gallery page on this site includes sample

    The apartments are let on a self-catering basis. The complex however
    operates like a hotel, with a central reception and key drop, a (half
    board)restaurant and communal bathing and sunning area on the
    second floor. There is also a games area.  Provisions are easily
    obtainable from a small supermarket a couple of doors down from the
    entrance to Palm Garden. The Canaries are a duty free zone.

    Each apartment ideally sleeps 2 although the sofa bed could
    accommodate another 2 (smallish!) guests. They are built to a high
    standard and are nicely furnished, being ideal for a relaxing beach
    holiday.

    Their key feature is their location, standing some 250 metres or less
    from the water's edge. The sea is clean and ideal for swimming and
    watersports.

    Holiday rental prices - are £294 (427 Euros) per apartment per seven
    nights. This is a FLAT RATE charge, applying throughout the year,
    regardless of party size, which may not however exceed four persons
    per apartment. Extra nights are priced at one seventh of the weekly rate
    per night.

    PLEASE NOTE that there are no hidden extras, like meters or the like.
    Electricity and water are all included in the rental, as is use of the TV
    and DVD player, which is metered in some other flats in the complex.

    A deposit of £100 (250 Euros) per flat is payable at the time of booking
    please, with the balance due 6 weeks before arrival, or earlier. If the
    booking is made within six weeks of arrival then the full rental due is
    payable at the time of booking.

    Caretaker Services - Your apartment should be clean and ready for
    your arrival, with beds made up. There is however no daily maid service
    available. You may find the balcony furniture inside the apartment,
    consisting of chairs, table, parasol and stand. This is because sunlight
    rots plastic, so to preserve them we generally store them inside when
    the apartment/s is/are not in use.

    The owner/s do not accept any liability for loss or damage
    sustained or caused by anything in the apartments or other
    connected mishap howsoever occasioned.

    Fairways also undertake the cleaning and day to day maintenance of
    the apartments. Linen is changed once per week, towels are not
    supplied.
